At Swift Textile Metalizing LLC, we use proprietary processes to coat knit fabrics with metal coatings for a variety of EMI shielding applications. The silver coated knit tricot nylon fabric featured here maintains its flexibility and stretch while providing excellent electromagnetic reflection properties. Our metalized fabrics can be used to create portable EMI shielded tents or to line entire rooms. This fabric is provided in 48" widths and is used extensively in the telecommunications industry. Because this fabric is also corrosion resistant and extremely durable, it can be used repeatedly in a number of applications.

The base knit nylon tricot material is coated using proprietary processes. After the silver coating is applied, the fabric is tested to customer specifications which include a sheet resistance of 0.7 Ω/sq. We are very adept at developing custom fabric for specific applications and have comprehensive testing abilities to verify material properties and shielding performance.
